Replacement
You can authorize anyone from your household to receive the candles for you if in any case, you won’t be able to receive them. Unclaimed packages after 3 attempts will be returned to our warehouse, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to redirect the package back to the seller.
For paid orders, the seller will not be responsible for any address issue, lost or damages if unclaimed.
Invalid deliveries/Unclaimed Candles should be returned to our warehouse by the courier and you can be refunded for the initial amount, excluding the shipping fee.
